This camera bag is large enough for the Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1 12.1MP Micro Four Thirds Interchangeable Lens Digital Camera with Lumix G Vario 14-45 mm f/3.5-5.6 ASPH Mega OIS Lens (Black) with any of its lenses, and in particular for the larger Panasonic 45-200mm f/4.0-5.6 Lumix G Vario MEGA OIS Zoom Micro Four Thirds Lens for Panasonic and Olympus Micro Four Thirds Cameras and Panasonic 7-14mm f/4.0 Micro Four Thirds Lens for Panasonic Digital SLR Cameras lenses. In addition, it is possible to attach two Tamrac M.A.S. Medium Lens Case (Black) to the straps on the outside of this bag so that all three lenses may be taken along, providing a total zoom range of 7-200mm, or given the 2x multiplier, a zoom range of 14-400mm. Moreover, the Panasonic LUMIX G 20mm f/1.7 Aspherical Pancake Lens for Micro Four Thirds Interchangeable Lens Cameras lens will fit into the front pocket, so that a fast lens is also available to low-light shooting. And the entire package weighs less than five pounds and so is convenient for travel.

I put my new Pentax Kx (Tan) into this bag. It fits 8x extra Lithiums, 3 filters, a lense pen and a cloth. I am sorry you cannot beat Tamrac for camera bags.

If you feel like a mule lugging around a camera bag, laptop case and a carry-on luggage bag, then this is the solution to the problem! I've been able to consolodate my camera equipment, laptop and some personal travel items all into this one bag. The case comes with many moveable dividers so you may need to shuffle them around for a while and leave some out to get the perfect fit. The wheels and handle on this model are of great quality and are a necessity because when loaded, this thing weighs a ton! While it can be worn as a backpack, I don't really see it happening unless you're a Titan...It's HUGE! A friend of mine has the model without the wheels so he has to carry it. Let me tell you, it's a site to behold! After he saw mine, he wishes he bought the model with the wheels! The case is very expensive but if you travel with expensive, delicate equipment, the protection it provides and it's capabilities are priceless! I do recommend going to Lowepro's website to get it's full specs and capabilites before making a decision.

This bag solves several problems when travelling by airline. You can fit most if not all your gear plus laptop and a few folders (for me it eliminates the need for a breifcase). The wheels make it simple to use when travelling. There are two limitations: First, once you get to your destination it will be combersome to use off the beaten path, so you may want to bring along a smaller bag, flat in your checked luggage to use in the field. Second, it weighs 10 lbs empty. Some airlines have weight restrictions for carry-on luggage, which this thing can easily exceed when full. Check your airline before you fly and be nice at the ticket counter!

One other note. Although it has the ability to carry a tripod, don't plan to travel with it that way; the bag will not fit in the over-head with the tripod attached. Put the tripod in another bag and attach it later if you want.

I wanted a bag that would hold my camera gear, particularly a long lens (300mm f/2.8), as well as my laptop. The main purpose of the bag would be for air travel. For car trips, it's easy to toss two bags in the back. And for hikes, I probably wouldn't bring my laptop. But with airlines cracking down on the number of bags per passenger, I wanted everything in one bag.

I first tried the Kata R-103 GDC Rucksack, but it wasn't big enough. My Dell Inspiron is 14" x 10-1/4" x 1-1/2", and it didn't fit.

I tried the next size up, the Kata HB-207 GDC Hiker Backpack for DSLR system or DV/HDV camcorder. (Insertrolly optional). It's an immense bag so large I can't imagine carrying it for long. But my laptop wouldn't fit in it, either.

So I started looking at Lowepro. The Lowepro CompuTrekker Plus AW Camera Backpack (Black) was squarer in shape, rather than tapered on top like the Kata, so it seemed more likely that my laptop would fit. I went over to the Lowepro site to check the specs (Amazon's are often incomplete, or even incorrect), where I saw that they also made a version with wheels. Perfect!

I don't know how I missed this bag before. Perhaps I overlooked it because Amazon doesn't carry it. I ordered it from Amazon seller M Z Photo and got free shipping and delivery in two days as good as Amazon Prime. ;-)

And yes, at last, my computer fits! There's a pocket in front that holds a removable laptop sleeve. While the sleeve itself is too small, the computer does fit in the pocket. I can use the padded laptop sleeve without closing it (the outer pocket zips up easily around it and provides plenty of protection), I can put the laptop in without the sleeve, or I could buy my own sleeve that does fit. (If you don't understand what I mean, there are photos on the Lowepro site that show what I mean.)

The bag is well-made and well-designed. It's bigger than I expected, but it does conform to carry-on rules. At least if you don't overstuff the outside pockets. It's too large to fit under a seat, but should fit nicely in the overhead bin.

As others have said, this really isn't suited to carry as a backpack, though they give you the straps to do it. The roller mechanism makes the bag heavier than a backpack needs to be, and not terribly comfortable to wear. I will probably keep the smaller Kata bag to use as a backpack and daybag. Pack it my suitcase and take it out once I get to my destination.

Honest reviews on Lowepro Rolling CompuTrekker Plus AW

This guy went right back. First of all, it is huge. And not in any good way. It is big and clunky, but surprisingly it does hold very much. I had the simple Canon backpack and found that after moving all my stuff into the CompuTrekker I really did not have a lot of extra space. I also was very disappointed with the pockets which were too few and too tight. The computer pocket was really tight and barely fit my 13" MacBook. The fact that this is a backpack is useless. I am a 6' tall man and it was laughable wearing this. I tried several other camera bags that held a computer, camera equipment and had wheels and none of them were workable. One of my main issues is that I want to be able to go sightseeing with some camera equipment. If I bought the CompuTrekker I would have had to bring a separate bag to bring during the day. This is yet another thing to pack. I ended up realizing that the wheels was not going to happen. I bought the Tamrac Adventure 9 Photo/Computer Backpack which I can pack full for flights and then empty most of it and use it as a day backpack with just the camera equipment that I need.

You get what you pay for with this bag lots of secure storage for your equipment. It is quite a LARGE bag it will easily handle your camera body, 1-2 large lenses, and another 2-3 smaller lenses plus flash and other assorted odds and ends, plus your medium to large size laptop, and cables and even a portable hard drive. As others have said though, this is not a bag you would necessarily want to carry on your back or take out on the trail once your get to where you are going. It also appears to be right on the edge of what would be acceptable for carry-on luggage if you weren't carrying anything else, you could probably handle it ok. For my purposes it was too large, so I sent it back, but I will tell you I was tempted to keep it because it is such a well constructed and durable bag. I went with this larger version as I have a 15.4" laptop and it could have easily accepted a 17". I do think though that if I had a smaller laptop I could have gotten away with the smaller version of this bag and would I would have kept it as I can see where this bag is ideal for keeping all of your "tech" gear together when you travel.

The item shipped is NOT the same as the item pictured (which may be for a different case than the 1510?). The item you will receive if you order this product has only 5 large zippered net pockets each of which is very large and can easily hold a standard sized flash or two. There are no pockets for cell phones, pens or folders as in the ad photo. The organizer is still useful, but not as nice/usable as what Amazon is incorrectly representing in the photograph. I would prefer the smaller, flatter, more compartmentalized pockets for camera batteries, filters and the like.

The product is attached via screwing 6 screws into the 1510 lid, and you would need to drill pilot holes and tear netting with a screwdriver to attach it the way it's designed (plus I would advise buying some metal washers, not included, so the plastic back doesn't tear). I instead purchased Velcro fasteners from Wal-Mart for $2 and used them for attachment. Easier, just as effective and non-destructive.

I'm keeping the dimpled foam for the lid and using it in front of the pockets. It won't "stick" inside the lid anymore with he organizer attached, but will still provide protection to expensive camera gear from contact with the pocketed items like batteries.

I rate this a 2 due to my disappointment over the item's misrepresentation and design flaws. I kept it despite my disappointment as it will still allow storage of small items in the over-sized pockets.

My collection of photography equipment has been growing exponentially and I needed a secure kit to put it all in, so I bought the Pelican 1510. The lid organizer is a great idea to contain all the bits and pieces that normally get tossed into corners and then fly around in the case.

I'm not sure why the previous reviewer felt his lenses were insecure after removing the foam in the lid. I always make the foam compartments in the lower part of the case a bit smaller than the article I'm putting in, and they get held snugly that way.

My only complaint -and the reason I gave the organizer 4 stars instead of 5 -was the difficulty I had installing the organizer. Although Pelican claims to have drilled starter holes in the lid for the small screws (provided) to engage, I found the starter holes shallow and very, very small, too small for even the tip of the screw to catch. I wound up having to take a carpet tack and a hammer to make the top of the starter holes big enough. I wasn't anticipating a construction project when I bought the organizer, and it turned into a bit of one.

Otherwise I'm loving both the 1510 and its organizer!

This is at least the second review where the item received is NOT the item displayed in the Amazon picture. If the organizer shown in the ad is not available, then either say so or change the picture.

If this is how Amazon conducts business, maybe we all should take our business elsewhere.

Honest reviews on Pelican 1519 Lid Organizer for 1510 and 1514 Case

I definitely needed something for my new Pelican 1510 case to hold the small items. The lid organizer will certainly do that for me. When it arrived I was a little surprised that is wasn't more "substantial." It seemed a little cheaply made for the price. The instructions said it came with both screws and straps, but there were no straps included. Putting the screws into the lid of the case was easy except that It was a challenge to work through the mesh, through the pocket hole to put in the screw. In one case, I had to screw a corner of the meshing to the case because I couldn't maneuver the screwdriver and screw to do it right. All in all, I am still very happy with the lid organizer.

I did NOT expect that I have to read product reviews to realize that Amazon has NOT fixed a KNOWN issue that has existed TWO YEARS! (See previous reviews from 12/7/10, 8/23/10, 8/18/10, 4/4/10, and 1/13/09). Product reviews *should* be focus on things like function and durability, not on the shortcomings or misrepresentations of the retailer/distributor. Perhaps I am just receiving the same item that has been returned multiple times??

You will NOT get the item picture. I liked the lid organizer as shown with the file folder pocket, and other pockets for things like cellphones, pens/pencils, etc. However, the item I received had 6 mesh pockets. Yes, I *might* be able to live with that (have not decided), but I DID NOT RECEIVE what I thought I bought.

I know that Amazon will probably make good on the return shipping and refund, if I decide to return it. However this takes time to repackage and reship, which is an annoying inconvenience for an issue that is already well known. (sigh)

I also noted that I will need to drill the case to install the organizer, so Pelican needs fix that in their design.

My first impression of this bag was that it is lightweight with excellent fit and finish: tough high tech fabrics, dense padding and heavy duty stitching. It weighs over a pound less than my Lowenpro Stealth Reporter 200W yet has more room. It is so organized it is almost over designed with a multitude of dividers with protective flaps, an overlying gear cradle (lens bridge) and pockets galore. Yet it is all held together with velcro so you can rearrange the interior to your heart's content. This is a serious bag for working photographers and not a murse for hipsters trying to look cool (they need a leather Ona to match with their funny hat and glasses).

THE STRAP

The strap is a pleasure to use: 2" wide nylon webbing, sturdy hardware with a well padded suede leather shoulder pad. I found the suede surprisingly grippy and stable while hanging off one shoulder. The shoulder pad is flexible and conforms to should shape well, distributing weight across shoulder and chest. The strap has 2 loops to attach small accessories, but I use them to hook my sunglasses through.

FILL IT UP

This a bag designed to stuff: room for half a dozen small to medium sized lenses and a pro sized camera with zoom attached sitting in the lens bridge (cradle-like area running length wise). Mobile photographers will find it light enough to carry for hours yet roomy enough for a full kit. The box-like design affords maximum cargo space within a stable work platform. The 606 can sit rock steady on the ground, acting like a lens bucket, and would be a challenge to kick over. Plus it makes a great lens change platform while standing.

FINAL BLURB

The 606 isn't just a lens bucket. It's riddled with thoughtful design details like a CF card wallet on a leash, ample pockets front, sides and top for your knickknacks and smooth fabric on the back to keep it from tearing up your silk shirt or tux. This is a well designed bag and build to last. Finding a USA made product on Amazon is a rare treat, so kudos to Tamrac for continuing to make products in the USA.

This is my second purchase of this bag. I would have continued to use the old one for my new camera (it was in great shape after 10 years), but I wanted to use it for the old camera so I could have a backup. I wanted one of the funky, cool new styles, but decided against them. This design is practical and gives you the ability of a 'quick grab' of something you need. Some of the others require unloading everything to get what you want. Then you need an engineering degree to get it all back! Keep making this bag!

i recently purchased a long lens and my old camera bag was just too small, so i checked on amazon and found this one. shopping for something this personal is always dicey but this fills my needs perfectly, and is light enough that when i carry it it doesn't tire me out or weigh me down. (much. those lenses are heavy.) great product, if you need a new camera bag, go for the tamracs.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I have been a big fan of Case Logic for many years, all the way back to when I bought their storage case for my music CDs in the 90's. I still have that case and it's going strong. This messenger bag is no exception. It's built extremely well, with lots of pockets & space for all my camera gear. Everything is well padded. I tend to use a simpler camera for now, I'm not into multiple lenses (yet!) so right now I have room for both my camera & it's simple gear, plus my wallet as well. So I'm able to condense my bags when we go to Disney, which is really nice. When I do decide to start trying out the various lenses, there is plenty of room for them.

So if you're looking for a good camera bag that won't break your budget, stick with Case Logic. I've been very pleased with all their products so far.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program For the last few years, I've carried one of my DSLRs and a couple of lenses and accessories in a Tamrac messenger bag. It's been a good bag, and I like the messenger bag style, but I have to say that the Case Logic bag goes beyond what I could have imagined for a messenger bag. It clearly was designed by someone who's actually traveled with camera gear. It's big enough to easily hold my Nikon D3200 with 18-200 zoom lens, a 12-24 zoom lens, a flash, plus accessories like card reader, memory cards, mini tripod, extra batteries, and battery charger. There's plenty of padding to protect everything, and the outer fabric looks tough enough to resist scraping or ripping.

But it's the extra touches that really make the bag stand out as a winner: things like a stowaway waterproof poncho to protect the bag's contents in the rain, the waistband to help take some of the load off your shoulders, and the extra grip at the base to help put the bag into an overhead bin on a plane.

I'm looking forward to taking the bag on my next trip.

Best Deals for Case Logic DSM-103 Large DSLR with iPad Messenger Bag (Black)

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I had a smaller bag for my Nikon camera and lenses, but I love this larger bag. The compartments are cushy with plenty of protection for the lenses. The camera fits snugly in the center and the buckles and wide flap keep everything very secure. It is a little bit big to carry a long way, such as a trail hike, but excellent for car travel or short walks. The wide, thick strap is very comfortable on the shoulders. I usually prefer metal snaps, but these are a very hard, tough looking plastic that I believe will hold up well. I also love the shorter handle in the middle for picking it up quickly to hoist in the trunk, etc. I would love to see this bag in a waterproof design. I'm wondering if the material would hold up to a spray waterproofing without discoloration. I may test that out at a later date since we are often caught out in the rain while on outdoor vacations. The case is easy to wipe off and doesn't seem to hold dust. It also has plenty of room for the instruction DVD's that came with my camera, as well as room for extra lenses.

Honest reviews on Case Logic DSM-103 Large DSLR with iPad Messenger Bag (Black)

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Case Logic has once again designed a bag that can be used not only for its purpose:Camera equipment, but other uses as well. It's big and roomy enough to get my 17-inch laptop in it, too. All the padding is excellent for those of us who're accident prone. There are plenty of zippered compartments. I also like the fact that when you're not transporting camera equipment, you can remove the section designed for it because that section is attached using Velcro. Five stars!

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is a great bag for carrying a good camera and extra lens. Most importantly a pad and other equipment will fit easily into this case with just enough room to spare. The best thing about this bag other than its ability to carry and protect camera equipment, is the fact that it is itself fairly light. I am never pleased with a bag or case that is as heavy as the equipment you need to lead it with. Not so with this one. AS with any and every case logic item I own, and there are a few. This is sturdy and seem capable of surviving anything aside from apocalypse. This is very reliable and sturdy. I recommend the Case Logic DSM-103 and other items offered by this brand.

I was hoping for a pack that allowed me to carry my camera gear while being out on the trail all day. I will go out for a hike that will take me typically anywhere from 5 to 15 miles into the wilderness. I am disappointed in this pack. I did 8 miles yesterday with it for the first time.

The good. I like the design that allows me to keep my camera and lens put together and the way it is secured. I like the look in that if my tripod is not attached, it appears as a regular day pack without a few thousand dollars worth of camera equipment inside.

Doubts. Durability. Particularly with the strap clips. They are built of a thin plastic and are not your standard clips. I have doubts they will last.

Further, right now I go out with two lens while I am saving up for the 1000 dollar macro lens I want to take with me. I'm not sure where I'd put it. This is because if I put in my little point and shoot with filters and cleaning gear, one side of the storage compartments are full. The middle has camera and extra lens. On the other side are emergency supplies that all hikers should take. The space runs out. When a buddy at work first saw it, his legitimate immediate question was, where does your lunch go? The outside compartment has to fit all lunch/snacks.

Comfort. Just not sure. Feels too much like the design pulls away from your back behind you. It is my job to wear a pack all day so I understand it takes a few hikes to get it adjusted just right. But with a simple design, I shouldn't have doubts.

Things I don't like. Access is cumbersome on the top and difficult below. With the necessary lens hood on for landscapes, it is a chore to get it in and out. Below where the rest of the gear goes, the zipper opening does not provide adequate ease of access. So that there is pushing and pulling on the pack material which raises questions for long term durability.

Water. The design is poor for water carrying. It is set up for a bladder, but bladders leak. I am not going to trust a bladder next to my camera. The side pouches are not large enough for a full 32 ounce typical plastic water bottle. If you are like me and will be out all day, sometimes when it's hot, you must account for water. No room for a filter. So you have to pack two slim water bottles on the side, strap your tripod to the back bottom, and then fit another 32 ounce water bottle to the outside.

Finally, price. I bought the 53. $250. One can get a very nice top quality hiking pack for that cost. I consider that I could fit that better to my purposes. I think for what one gets, this is not a good deal.

If you want a pack that looks like a hiking pack, this is good for short walks. You're at a state park, you're wandering around for a few miles, then this will work fine. But if you're getting into the back country and want to get away and take the pictures most don't get to, I think there can be a better system and I would not recommend it.

Needed a camera bag for a new/used DSLR camera I purchased for a family trip to Disney. Saw this one and liked it. Placed my order before realizing it was being shipped from the UK! Yikes! So, I contacted the company and pleaded for them to get my camera bag to me before we left for Disney. They delivered the package in plenty of time and it's exactly what I expected/wanted. If you have a long lens though, this is not the camera bag for you. It's the perfect size for the camera and lens that came with the Nikon D40, and the charger and extra battery.

This bag is perfect. Not too big, very protective. I can fit the camera and strap in the bag. Have a pocket for a filter or two and cards. It will fit in my already stuffed pack. and protect my camera well. Shipping takes a while since it is coming from the UK, but it was received well before the proposed date and this was at Christmas time too. It was definitely worth the wait.

Good case overall, very well built. my only recomendation is on the listing put what size lense it will hold. I got this as a gift along with a new lense only to descover that the case will not hold a 300mm lense attached to the camera, so its pretty much useless at this point for her.

This camera case has a great look and takes very good care of the camera. I've had it fall down several times and the camera remains intact. The only small issue is that if you're on the go and see this amazing instant picture you've got to take, the case will slow you down because it takes a small while to get the camera out and ready for action.

I ordered this camera case for my Canon camera because I read several reviews listed connected to this case.

I am not disappointed! The case is slim, can slip into my pocket of my shorts as its summer time n there are so many beautiful flower's with bees getting nectur, just amazing to catch the moment...I just love the easy magnet opening feature, which reduces time to open the case that other cases have zippers which require both hands to open. By the time you open those cases the pic which you wanted is gone. The price is also very reasonable, especially for a leather case.

First and foremost, I am a very picky and anal when it comes to quality of the products. I am very straight forward to people if the quality or service is garbage. With this product I am very please with the quality for the price. The outside case has that typical leather feeling like the other camera case you get from BestBuy. The inside case has this soft swede texture feel which feels great to the hand. All in all, I recommend this product if your looking for a great bang for your money. The reason why I didn't give it a 5/5 star was because of the tracking number was not given to me. I had to email the seller for my tracking number which took 1 day for them to respond. I know you guys are probably like, it's only 1 day. I have experience from other sellers that it only takes 1-2hrs they reply back to me. Like I said I'm very anal when it comes to product and services. Anyways I'm happy for the product 5/5 for the product. 4/5 for the services. Video review click here:

Great price, great product! I've used Pelican cases in the military for years and now these two cases for home use as emergency preparedness grab and go. I especially like the sturdy pull handle and rollers.

It's a pelican so you know the quality is great. Unfortunately like a lot of amazon descriptions the details of the descrippton are somewhat lost. This pelican although a 1650, is designed a little different than my others, which I don't like as much. First of all the main handle on the front is half as long as I'm used to. It's not designed for a 2 handed lift. Not good. Also the bottom of the peli has awkward feet that stick out which make it uncomfortable when carry the case because the feet scratch against your leg. I like the wheels and the pull out handle on the top. Overall this was a great price and was amazon Prime. But I would have bought the other style if done again.

I spend a lot of time and effort whenever I select a new camera, whether it's a DSLR, digital video camera or a point and shoot. I also spend quite a bit of time when selecting a case for that camera. The wrong case can be not only frustrating but it can also be dangerous for your new device.

Lowepro is a great brand and they offer a wide selection of cases and bags. I hope that this video review gives you a better idea of what this little case has to offer. Thanks!

After reading all the reviews, decided to go ahead and get this for my new Panny Lumix DMC-ZS3. Was NOT disappointed. The camera fit perfectly; not too tight, not too loose. Somehow, I can't help but imagine that the [recommended / suggested] Rezo 30 would have been a tad too small. So if you have the ZS3, don't hesitate getting this thinking it may be too roomy. It's not. (Bag is actually smaller than I thought it would be.) Shoulder strap is nice, but with the belt loop, I'll probably carry it that way at least 98% of the time.

As for whether there's room for a spare battery (or memory card) no problem. There are three pockets total: One small zipper pocket ON the closure flap (the smallest), one under the velcro-secured flap, and the zipper pocket in back (for the camera). Both the outer pocket and inner pocket have adequate room for the battery (the inner one could probably hold two). If you're looking to carry cables also, you'll have to get something bigger. You could put the USB cable in the inner pocket, and the battery in the outer there's certainly enough room, but my guess is it would make the overall pouch a bit bulky. Personally, I'd rather not; I prefer the slimmer look. If you're going on vacation or a long trip, get a bigger bag so you can take all the goodies with you. But for day trips, this is perfect.

Just got the the Lowepro Ridge 30 for my panasonic DMC-ZS3. It fits nicely with a spacious pocket once you lift open the velcro flap. I tried the lowepro ridge 20 first and the camera actually fit inside like a glove with the wrist strap tucked in but I wanted something with a little more slack. The material is pretty nice and seems durable. Considering it's about $10-$13, you can't really complain. I would recommend this for a DMC-ZS3/ZS1 camera.

Honest reviews on Lowepro Ridge 30 Camera Case (Black)

I have purchased several Lowepro products and have never been disappointed. When I need a small case/pouch, this is the brand I look at first. The Ridge 30 is well-made, sturdy and looks nice, too (just like the picture). The only caveat is to make sure that the dimensions are right for whatever you plan to store in it, and err on the side of buying a size too large. Things tend to fit quite snugly in these cases. For the price, you can't beat it.

I was looking for a camera case that would fit my new ZS20 and some extra batteries. This case is te right size for my camera. It actually is a little bigger, but that is fine because it is easy to get the camera in and out. It also has a pocket on the front that fits and estra SD card and a pocket onder the flap that fits two extra batteries. The only thing I wish it had was two sippers because on my other camera case I would leave the small strap on the camera hanging out and sip it up on both sides so I can carry it with the small camera strap. That is jsut something that I liked about my other camera case that I didn't know was something I wanted in a case till I got this one with only one Zipper. Either way this case is nice and fits well and I will just have to stuff the strap on the camera in the case to zip it up.

I looked all over Amazon, nobody can tell what bag is for the Canon EOS M with 22 mm lens.

By trial and error I found this at BestBuy

Now with this case I can have a DSLR quality camera with a fixed wide aperture lens in a tiny package to carry around at all times. Perfect.

If you want to use the kit zoom lens, use this bag:

MegaGear (Ever Ready) Protective Leather Camera Case, Bag for Canon Eos M (Black)

I also use it for a Canon g15 and even for a Samsung Galaxy camera. It surely is big for these items, but it provides great protection and is malleable and yields, hugging the camera when thrown with other items into a bag. But, certainly, it is not a perfect fit as for the Canon EOS-M with 20 mm lens.

The Olympus PEN E-PL5 with the Panasonic 20mm (pancake) lens is a nice small package, so wanted a similarly small pouch for more casual shooting. The Dashpoint 20 is just the right fit. I could probably squeeze a spare battery inside as well. (see the uploaded pic)

I looked high and low for the smallest belt pouch style bag I could find for my newly purchased NEX-3N with 16-50mm Power Zoom lens. Everything I either had (and I have a LOT of camera bags) was either too large or too small, or just bulky, due to the wrong shape for this camera. Well, the Dashpoint 20 is the PERFECT bag for someone who wants to carry their smaller Sony NEX APS-C sensor mirrorless camera as though it was a point-and-shoot. This way, in the warmer weather I don't have to drop my Sony in a coat or jacket pocket and have it bang around against everything I come into contact with. This nicely padded snug fitting case is just the ticket for belt carry, or attaching to a wide luggage or camera bag strap. Very versatile.

Just a note: Initially, the fit was too snug, but after realizing that the "hook-and-loop" strap attachment tabs on the back of the case were snugged up a big too much when purchased I merely relaxed the tension a bit and gained just enough room to easily slide the Sony into and out of this bag with ease. It is now as if custom made for my Sony NEX-3N!

Honest reviews on Lowepro LP36440-0WW Dashpoint 20 (Galaxy Blue)

*Just* fits the Nikon Coolpix P7700 camera with a single UV filter and lens cap installed, but the camera strap has to hang outside the case. If you have a lens hood, additional filters, or desire to put the neck strap inside the case get the Dashpoint 30. However, if you have bought a camera the size of the P7700, the bulk value of either case wipes out the ease of carry--which was the whole dad-gummed point. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a case made that is a non-bulky fit for it and the *!@# on the back for belt carry only adds to the problem.

Perfect fit for an EOS M with 22mm lens. No frills like extra pockets or weather cover, but that keeps it simple and smaller. Great materials and design. I usually go for black but I got the red one to find it in the bottom of a backpack and it looks great.

We needed a case to protect a $20k electronics module for a race car application while it's shuttled around the world "by train, plane and automobile". This is it.

We've shipped and gotten units back from all over; scuffed, bumped, marked up and beaten to hell without a scratch or damage of any kind to the hardware inside. If you need to protect it, this box will do it.

Highly recommended.

I use this for a Nikon DSLR (D300) and I love it. I can fit the camera, a couple of lens' and all the accessories (flash, extra battery...). I almost went for the larger 1500 but it seemed a little to big to carry around easily so I went with the 1450. I can pack a couple of zoom lens' and I am covered. Good size, well made, Great Case :)

Worked well as a 3 pistol box. (1911 Colt, Ruger 22/45 and Beretta 92F) On one

side. The foam is thick enough to flip over and make 2nd cutouts for a different

pistol layout. I dont think it would be a great idea to pack weapons on both sides at once, but with the center being that thick you do have a lot of options for set up.

Honest reviews on Pelican 1450 Case with Foam for Camera (Yellow)

I have two of these Pelican 1450 cases -one for firearms and one for my DSLR camera gear. This is an outstanding case for either purpose. For camera gear, the foam inserts are removable in little cubic square increments, making it very easy to configure the case to hold camera, lenses, flash, and other accessories. For pistols and revolvers most users will leave the foam inserts intact, as the case holds pretty much any handgun snugly, with just the right amount of pressure, without modification. I can pack a couple of pistols and some clips no problem.

If all of that is not enough, I also use one of these for transporting portable amateur radio gear. It is perfect for this.

For any purpose, firearms, radio gear, or camera gear, this case provides a secure and lockable way to transport one's equipment without worry of physical shock to the equipment, or problems with water or humidity. These cases are watertight and very safe against the elements. This is important to me, as I often transport my camera gear in an open dinghy in coves and harbors, where the wind is apt to spray water on everything. This case has been 100% proof against this. Firearms don't like water or moisture either, making this case an ideal solution for transporting one's firearms.

Replacement foam inserts are readily available for this case, by the way, so one case can serve multiple functions.

A quality Made-in-USA product. Highly recommended. RJB.

I just received this case after almost buying it at west marine for twice the price. Sturdy construction and foam cells easily accomodate my canon 5d w/ 24-105 lens, canon wp-dc47 waterproof case and my new s110 canon digital camera. Still plenty of room for cell phones and other items. I do a lot of boating photography here in Florida and this will protect my gear. This is not my first case from Pelican...they have incredible customer service!
