I think it is very sturdy. Some reviews say that zipper fell apart and the fabric ripped? Can't imagine anything like this happening. Must have given it to their monkey? The case, however could not be closed as the camera, a Canon Sure Shot SX 120is with 10x Zoom, is too wide for the case. No matter, I will give it to my wife for her smaller digital.

I bought a Sony DSC-HX30V around Christmas time and needed a case to go with it. This has proven to be a great product as this fits my camera and a couple of small accessories very nicely. I can even stash a few dollars and ID/license in and use it as a "purse". The straps are adjustable and can be extended to wear cross-body or shortened to quickly throw it over the shoulder or, it can be removed altogether and the case can be tucked into a larger bag. Additionally, the case is not a hard plastic, but it's somewhat firm. I've not dropped my camera while using this case, but it seems like it would provide some protection if I happen to. Great buy!!

The shell is sturdy and the outer material seems to be of high quality and water proof (though I haven't tested it in water yet :) ).

The back side of the shell has a soft interior which prevents mild strokes damages, but the front side of the shell lacks softness and I'm worried about it.

Also despite there is a little space in the inner front side to put extra stuff in, but as I said previously, lack of soft material makes it even more risky for the camera in case of collapsing on the front side.

I hadn't found a better option at the time of purchase, so I've to stick to this for now.

It will hold my D5100 with 70-300mm lens attached, both my batteries, my memory card holder, battery chargers, plenty of paperwork, a lightweight-tripod AND monopod, lens cleaning kit, and plenty of small stuff. This is a solid gadget bag that holds my DSLR with a telephoto zoom lens attached, plus a spare lens and a flash, all safely padded. The pockets hold the usual detritus (filters, cleaning stuff, etc.). I like the orange interior; went to a night football game and it was easy to spot and snag items stored within the bag.

I haven't yet used the "takeout" feature but I like that option.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I have the blue pouch. I think it is nice for limited audience; if you have a compact camera, and want compact case with no strap, and don't require masculine color scheme then this is the pouch for you.

On the plus side if you have a device that fits in this pouch then it is sleek enough to probably still fit in your pocket without too much extra bulk with respect to pouch thickness, pouch strap, etc.

I have put my family's Fujifilm XP Shock digital camera in this pouch and it fits fine. The corners of the pouch have started to discolor a bit after one month. A bit pricey at $15, better value below $10.

Always good to have various pouches to protect your valuables. This fits the bill in some situations, 3 stars.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program OK little camera pouch. We use it to hold our Canon Powershot and it fits just fine. The case is not that padded and has no real rigidity so it won't likely protect it from a serious drop. Definitely will keep scratches off the exterior of the camera and may help with those little slips. The opening is a double zipper. I prefer a flip opening that makes it quicker and easier to get the camera out in a hurry. There is no strap on the case so we let the strap that is on the camera hang out. It would be nice if there was a way to easily and neatly tether the camera strap to the case and camera to keep them together so they won't get lost. Unfortunately, there really isn't a good way to do it with this case. It is nice that the case is stain proof but, I wouldn't consider it anymore water or even splash proof then any other case. It is a decent case that is small, lightweight, and fashionable, with emphasis on the "fashionable". I think that is really the most compelling reason to purchase this case. As far as function, there are better options.

Needed a camera bag for a new/used DSLR camera I purchased for a family trip to Disney. Saw this one and liked it. Placed my order before realizing it was being shipped from the UK! Yikes! This bag is perfect. Not too big, very protective. I can fit the camera and strap in the bag. Have a pocket for a filter or two and cards. It will fit in my already stuffed pack. and protect my camera well. Shipping takes a while since it is coming from the UK, but it was received well before the proposed date and this was at Christmas time too. It was definitely worth the wait.

This is a very good case for Elf cameras. There is just enough room left in the case after inserting the camera for storing a spare flash memory card in a separate inside mesh pocket. This case is not designed to hold both a separate camera battery charger and the camera at the same time. There is a convenient aluminum loop for hanging the camera case from a belt or backpack. The included one-size-fits-all LCD screen protector required very careful cutting to LCD screen size on a metered cutting board. Fortunately, the screen protector backing film had a grid on it so I could cut it straight. Scissors will not work very well for this cutting. I did install the screen protector on my camera LCD screen. The case meets my requirement of protecting the camera when not in use. Holding both the camera and the camera battery charger at the same time was not a requirement for me.

From the description, I wasn't sure how big this camera bag would be. I already have a Samsonite bag which I am very happy with, but needed a larger one for my new camera. It was, luckily, the larger size and I am very happy with it holding my Canon PowerShot D10. The bag is a very durable nylon material with good zippers. The detachable adjustable strap I use more in a belt / fanny pack style. The pockets are adequate for extra battery, charging unit, and memory cards.

Large is a relative term, but this case fits my Canon PowerShot A720 with considerable room left over, though not much more room for depth. It also holds several AA batteries and the charger for them. Several small zippered and mesh pockets provide a place for extra flash cards and a lens cloth. I expect this case will work for cameras of a size similar to the A720, which is slightly wider/taller than a deck of cards and about twice as thick.

I liked this bag enough to also use it for our DeLorme Earthmate handheld GPS. The unit and extra batteries/memory cards fit well. For a GPS, a strap better oriented for attaching to a backpack would be nice, but since the case was not designed for this use, I can't complain. I use a carabiner to attach it to a D-ring on my backpack strap and use the velcro strap on the back of the case to secure it so it does not swing around while walking.

Construction quality is good with a few stray threads, but at this price I was not expecting perfection. After 1.5 years of hard use, all the zippers still work well and it continues to look good. A color choice other than black would be nice.
