I was showing the bag too small, but it does work if you put it in the case correctly. ;o) This is a very well made case and should do a fine job of protecting the camera. It is for a young teen, so it needs to do a good job of protecting the camera. Highly recommend!

Just got a new Panasonic Lumix and wanted a camera case that would protect new investment. Some cases are just basically a bag that covers the camera but does not provide any real protection. This case provides schock protection if camera is dropped with or falls out of my wife purse. Also protects it from items inside of purse of being jostled around during everyday normal activities. Cheap protection for a great camera.

When I search camera case for my wife. Found this pick camera case price way lower than black & brown color.

Since the case is for my wife, colors are not an issue and black & brown cost double than pink. I click and buy this pink color camera case. When I received it yesterday and put my wife camera (Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS-20 Red) in it. Fitting is very good and she is happy with it, because I will not take away her camera any more. Because red camera with pick case is too feminene for guys. Material and quality are excellent. External is hard & inside is soft make good protection for camera. And best of it, I pay less than $10.00. (Don't tell my wife!)

I wanted something to fit my Canon T1i camera with my Tamron 18-270 zoom lens, with a few small accessories, nothing else. This is exactly the right size. Padding is thick enough on sides and bottom. The padding on the top is a little thinner. The loop you insert the lens through is held in place with velcro and is completely adjustable.

I just inherited a Nikon D5000 with a 55-200mm lens. I already have a backpack and daypack that I really like, and didn't want to purchase another bag to lug around. I took this item to house my Canon 7D with lens on my trip to Spain. I didn't want to carry a regular camera bag, so I just put this inside one of my bigger satchels. I found this after searching far and wide for a reasonably-priced case and spare battery for my SD1400. Although I don't believe the description is misleading, I've found that the case isn't really a good fit in more ways than one. It's just a generic case that "fits most compact digital cameras", and I was hoping for something a little more snug. It also doesn't have a hole for the strap, so there's no way to hold the camera by the strap while it's in the case. The Canon cases I've had for previous cameras have all had these useful properties. The only problem is the Canon case alone for the SD1400 is $25 on their site, and the battery is about $70. So this is certainly a lot cheaper than the OEM stuff, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I haven't tried the battery yet so I don't have any opinion on that.

I like this case. It fits my Canon sx160 camera very well and it is a hard shell so it will protect the camera better than a soft-shelled case. It has a clip so you can attach it to a belt loop, etc. I also bought a camera strap for my camera, but the case won't allow the strap to be put inside it because the fit for the camera is too tight. I just let the strap stay out after I zip the case and I can sling it over my shoulder.

This is advertised for a Canon SX160 but doesn't fit for mine? It's at best an average hard case but NOT for the Canon SX160.

Does NOT fit a Canon SX160IS...without modifications. And I'm not the first person to point that out yet the ad copy still says it will. BS. But I found a way to make it fit...very snugly. I removed the 2 elastic clam-shell straps and the mesh inner pouch. That gave just enough room to fully close both zippers. The camera will not move one iota once cinched inside. And that's what I wanted. I had no use for the cosmetic pieces I cut out with a simple snip of a scissors. And that's why I gave it the 3 star, It's OK, rating. So I'm posting this review to let other folks know that this MegaGear hard case WILL work for your Canon camera with a minor modification.

Thing is exactly as it is described. The inside has a mesh divider great for storing extra memory cards or cords. The clip thing is pretty sturdy.

Anything short of dropping your camera on concrete from over 15 foot high, having somebody drive over it, or someone stepping on it on purpose, this case will most definitely keep your camera safe.

This is a nice quality case, however it didn't fit the camera I have. I bought the Canon SX 160 IS camera. This case is too small for that model. Was a little misled because the ad said it fits the SX 160. I guess the difference is the IS MODEL. I returned the case with no problem.

The camera bag I got with the "kit" had a large open area, great for camera and lenses to bang against each other. I did a little research and found this bag for a "compact SLR" and it was exactly the right solution for my entire outfit (NEX-5N, 16mm with 12mm wide angle adapter, 18-200 zoom, electronic viewfinder, extra battery). It comes with various color bands (I choose black, but now wish I had selected a red or something... sigh). Handy carry handle and strap (strap folds inside if you want to carry by the handle.

And, each item is in its own padded compartment. Just what the doctor ordered!

Rally 2 is an excellent small shoulder bag with a generous external front zipper compartment and a wide strap. Has heavy duty construction with equally heavy duty nylon fabric. Bought this bag to have something spacious and nice looking for my Panasonic GF3. I can fit everything I need in here to include the camera with lens attached, extra zoom lens, 2 filters with cases, lens hood, lens cleaning kit, various cables, extra memory cards, and I still have a fair amount of room to spare. Shoulder strap is nice with non slip coating so it stays put. Bag looks great without screaming "I have expensive gear in this bag", would pass as a regular man-bag, not that I carry one normally. Quality is great, feels durable and well-made, should last as long as you need it to.

So I bought the Sony TX-20 camera during one of Amazon's lightning deals. I needed a case because since having a child I guess I'm not careful with all my electronics as they just get thrown around in a diaper bag and lugged to everywhere.

The pros:

1. There's a slot on the inside that you can carry around an extra memory card.

2. Cool color, not a boring black.

3. Magnetic closure you don't have to deal with a zip around closure

4. semi-hard case, will definitely protect from scratches but don't expect it to be protected from a getting pounded in your book bag.

5. nice soft velvet interior

6. Cool blue camera strap versus the boring black one you get with your camera.

7. Fits both my TX-10 and TX-20 cameras.

The not so cool things:

1. This shade of blue doesn't match my camera's shade of blue (TX-20) perfectly.

2. It kinda makes your camera a little thicker meaning it wouldn't slide in your pocket easily if you wanted to put it in your pocket.

3. It's a little expensive for a camera case.

I just got it yesterday so these are just some things I noticed.

This is a terrific case. It has a magnetic closure, which I like, and has a good wrist strap for the camera, which s color mat bed to the case. Splendid. There is a small space for a spare SD card, and also a loop built into the case as well. I like the feel of the case, it is pretty sturdy. It is a tad thick, so be aware that it is pushing the limit of a pocketable item. The blue color matches the blue on Sony's blue CyberShots which is also a plus. I'm very happy with it. The only thing is the thickness, which keeps this from a five out of five.

This case is almost perfect!

It is not because it is hard to find in regular stores and there are two straps (one from the machine itself and other that you clip on the case from inside).

Moreover, Sony's designer could think to a place to put the battery.

I would recommend it, anyway, the cost x use x looking is very good.

I chose the Kata bag to carry my 2 SLR camera bodies, 4 lens, 2 flash, plus misc items and 1 lap top computer all in one soft bag vs a hard case. This bag can handle all it.. if you can pick it up. The smart well padded shoulder strap is great and there is the option of a 2 wheeled dolly, that would be helpful. Also, the "rope" style handle is a secure way of moving the bag.

The Kata bag is well padded, deep and attractive. The dividers in the bag can be positioned anyway that you want since the entire interior is the type material grips the velcro on the divider pads.

I love this bag. Not sure that I would recommend it for extended field use as it is quite big and when fully loaded, weighs a ton. For my part though, I use this as my photography base-camp, and remove the equipment I need for the day and put it in a smaller walking-around backpack (also by Kata). It holds 3 Nikon bodies with ease including the bigger D300 with a battery grip, plus about 8 lenses (from 400mm, down to a small 50mm normal lens) plus all the accessories I use: (extra batteries, binoculars, batteries, chargers, teleconverters, flashes, cleaning kits, filters &c) Plus there is a handy removable laptop sleeve. It's very well padded for travel and the included dividers are easy to customise to your liking.

If you plan on filling this up and walking around all day--good luck. I'd probably recommend one of the bigger Kata backpacks for that purpose. But to take a lot of photo gear on a trip or if you just want something better than an old box to store your gear in at home, this is perfect.

I love my new Flip Video and keep it in my purse so I always have it available. I decided to get a more substantial case for it than the cloth bag. The case is well made, provides good protection for the Flip and I don't worry about having it rumbling around in my purse and accidently hitting the "on" button. I really like the camera bag that came with this kit though I would prefer a little more room so I could store extra batteries, digital media cards, and the USB cord all in the pocket. The kit came with a charging base and a couple of rechargable batteries also. I would have prefered that it come with the power cord for the camera also, this would save more in the long run when it comes to battery time. You use more battery power when uploading pictures than any other time. All in all it was a great buy.

I purchased this charger as a Fuji NP-120 battery charger, so I am pleased. Works well, "Red" light charging, "Green" light done. NOTE: This Charger is NOT DUAL VOLTAGE, and can only be used in the US or Canada without a Transformer. The AA/AAA Battery Charger is really inadequate, as it will only charge 2 AA's, or 2 AAA's separately. You can however charge 4 AA, and 4 AAA's together, but no Mix and Matching of battery types. The pins to hold the AA/AAA Batteries in place are a bit flimsy, but I did not purchase this charger for this reason. And lastly, the Camera Case is quite nice, I'm using it as a Sony 4XAAA battery charger case, as it is just the right size for that purpose, and there is a zippered pouch in front to hold 4 loose AA batteries as well.

All in all it is a pretty good package, but I wished that it was Dual Voltage, and it is a little outdated (Tech Wise).

This case is just what I was looking for for my wifes new digital camera. This case has a stiff shell giving great protection to the camera. On a side note I had a small mix up in the shipping where PC Micro Store sent the smaller case and my camera did not fit.
