As noted by other reviewers, the case looks very nice, seems very durable and has all the attributes of a classic SLR case. It has however one major flaw. When you try to use the LCD screen with the bottom of the case attached to the camera, you may be able to make it come out and rotate it. But you won't be able to return it to its original position without removing the bottom of the case or manually stretching the bottom edge to make room for the LCD. Unless you plan to use the LCD screen facing you at all times, i.e without using its tilting capability and without the protection of the LCD back, you will have to completely remove the case in order to use the camera. And since the strap is attached to the camera, not the case, you will literally be left holding the bag (or the case). This small design flaw does not detract from its fine style but does detract from its usefulness.

This products reminds me of days gone by with the camera cases. A very protective camera case that just wraps around the camera without all the bulk of the larger type cases. If you feel like a mule lugging around a camera bag, laptop case and a carry-on luggage bag, then this is the solution to the problem! I've been able to consolodate my camera equipment, laptop and some personal travel items all into this one bag. The case comes with many moveable dividers so you may need to shuffle them around for a while and leave some out to get the perfect fit. The wheels and handle on this model are of great quality and are a necessity because when loaded, this thing weighs a ton! While it can be worn as a backpack, I don't really see it happening unless you're a Titan...It's HUGE! A friend of mine has the model without the wheels so he has to carry it. Let me tell you, it's a site to behold! After he saw mine, he wishes he bought the model with the wheels! The case is very expensive but if you travel with expensive, delicate equipment, the protection it provides and it's capabilities are priceless! I do recommend going to Lowepro's website to get it's full specs and capabilites before making a decision.

This bag solves several problems when travelling by airline. You can fit most if not all your gear plus laptop and a few folders (for me it eliminates the need for a breifcase). The wheels make it simple to use when travelling. There are two limitations: First, once you get to your destination it will be combersome to use off the beaten path, so you may want to bring along a smaller bag, flat in your checked luggage to use in the field. Second, it weighs 10 lbs empty. Some airlines have weight restrictions for carry-on luggage, which this thing can easily exceed when full. Check your airline before you fly and be nice at the ticket counter!

One other note. Although it has the ability to carry a tripod, don't plan to travel with it that way; the bag will not fit in the over-head with the tripod attached. Put the tripod in another bag and attach it later if you want.

I wanted a bag that would hold my camera gear, particularly a long lens (300mm f/2.8), as well as my laptop. The main purpose of the bag would be for air travel. For car trips, it's easy to toss two bags in the back. And for hikes, I probably wouldn't bring my laptop. But with airlines cracking down on the number of bags per passenger, I wanted everything in one bag.

I first tried the Kata R-103 GDC Rucksack, but it wasn't big enough. My Dell Inspiron is 14" x 10-1/4" x 1-1/2", and it didn't fit.

I tried the next size up, the Kata HB-207 GDC Hiker Backpack for DSLR system or DV/HDV camcorder. (Insertrolly optional). It's an immense bag so large I can't imagine carrying it for long. But my laptop wouldn't fit in it, either.

So I started looking at Lowepro. The Lowepro CompuTrekker Plus AW Camera Backpack (Black) was squarer in shape, rather than tapered on top like the Kata, so it seemed more likely that my laptop would fit. I went over to the Lowepro site to check the specs (Amazon's are often incomplete, or even incorrect), where I saw that they also made a version with wheels. Perfect!

I don't know how I missed this bag before. Perhaps I overlooked it because Amazon doesn't carry it. I ordered it from Amazon seller M Z Photo and got free shipping and delivery in two days as good as Amazon Prime. ;-)

And yes, at last, my computer fits! There's a pocket in front that holds a removable laptop sleeve. While the sleeve itself is too small, the computer does fit in the pocket. I can use the padded laptop sleeve without closing it (the outer pocket zips up easily around it and provides plenty of protection), I can put the laptop in without the sleeve, or I could buy my own sleeve that does fit. (If you don't understand what I mean, there are photos on the Lowepro site that show what I mean.)

The bag is well-made and well-designed. It's bigger than I expected, but it does conform to carry-on rules. At least if you don't overstuff the outside pockets. It's too large to fit under a seat, but should fit nicely in the overhead bin.

As others have said, this really isn't suited to carry as a backpack, though they give you the straps to do it. The roller mechanism makes the bag heavier than a backpack needs to be, and not terribly comfortable to wear. I will probably keep the smaller Kata bag to use as a backpack and daybag. Pack it my suitcase and take it out once I get to my destination.

This guy went right back. First of all, it is huge. And not in any good way. It is big and clunky, but surprisingly it does hold very much. I had the simple Canon backpack and found that after moving all my stuff into the CompuTrekker I really did not have a lot of extra space. I also was very disappointed with the pockets which were too few and too tight. The computer pocket was really tight and barely fit my 13" MacBook. The fact that this is a backpack is useless. I am a 6' tall man and it was laughable wearing this. I tried several other camera bags that held a computer, camera equipment and had wheels and none of them were workable. One of my main issues is that I want to be able to go sightseeing with some camera equipment. If I bought the CompuTrekker I would have had to bring a separate bag to bring during the day. This is yet another thing to pack. I ended up realizing that the wheels was not going to happen. I bought the Tamrac Adventure 9 Photo/Computer Backpack which I can pack full for flights and then empty most of it and use it as a day backpack with just the camera equipment that I need.

You get what you pay for with this bag lots of secure storage for your equipment. It is quite a LARGE bag it will easily handle your camera body, 1-2 large lenses, and another 2-3 smaller lenses plus flash and other assorted odds and ends, plus your medium to large size laptop, and cables and even a portable hard drive. As others have said though, this is not a bag you would necessarily want to carry on your back or take out on the trail once your get to where you are going. It also appears to be right on the edge of what would be acceptable for carry-on luggage if you weren't carrying anything else, you could probably handle it ok. For my purposes it was too large, so I sent it back, but I will tell you I was tempted to keep it because it is such a well constructed and durable bag. I went with this larger version as I have a 15.4" laptop and it could have easily accepted a 17". I do think though that if I had a smaller laptop I could have gotten away with the smaller version of this bag and would I would have kept it as I can see where this bag is ideal for keeping all of your "tech" gear together when you travel.

The Sunpak Airbak Zoom Pack is small in size compared with other backpacks. The color of the backpack is misleading in the stock photo, the true color is a glossy black with red and white lettering. Features: the main compartment has velcro dividers typical of camera bags, I replaced them with a Camaroo DSLR Camera Compact III insert which fits snugly and carries my Canon 60D, 2 lenses, a speedlite. There are 2 small zippered pockets on each side and a wide but shallow zippered pouch near the bottom. There may be room to slip an iPad or small notebook in a mesh pocket inside the main compartment, but you'll risk crushing something in the process. The overall construction is sturdy, being made of heavy nylon, and the airbak shoulder padding would seem to make it comfortable to carry around for extended periods. This is a well-made backpack for a low price, with the downsides being its unfortunately a bit small and bulky, and the red Sunpak lettering calls unnecessary attention to itself as a camera bag.

I bought this bag for my FANTASTIC new Nikon P80. Well, the camera fits in the bag, but there's no space for my extra battery, or for the lens cleaning pen (which I also bought).

However: this is the worst purchase I've made all year.

Why? The bag is poorly made. You could buy almost any other bag, and it would be better quality than this.

-The quality of the fabric is nothing like the fabric used in Lowepro bags (for instance).

-The padding is so thin to be almost non-existent.

-The bag looks cheap.

-The top doesn't fit the rest of the bag properly, so if it rains, your camera will get soaked.

-No strap.

-This bag is much more expensive than anything similar on the market.

I bought a little Lowepro bag for much less than the price I paid for this bag, and am using that instead. I suggest you do the same.

Perfect fit for my coolpix L110. I wish it had a strap. There are slots for the straps on the camera so you can use the camera strap while the camera is in the case. But when you are using the camera the case is strapless and in the way.

The camera fits the Favbric case perfectly, I certainly did not want a case that I needed to hang around my neck, just a pouch that could fit in my backpack. This case fit my needs perfectly. Also has enough room for a SD card, a USB drive, an AV cable and 4 AA batteries.

I thought I'd get the fabric case for my newly-purchased Nikon Coolpix camera and that was a mistake. Fortunately not too costly. What I hadn't realized was that case didn't have a strap for over-the-shoulder use, nor is it large enough to carry accessories. A bit of a waste of time really as it's totally impractical. I'd advise getting a "proper" camera bag.

I purchased the case for my daughter's camera, which is actually a Fuji XP60 and it fits perfectly. Was a little unsure because the Sony Cybershot, which she also has, is a tiny camera, but no problem. We lost her original case while kayaking. Thank goodness we had a floating device attached to the waterproof camera, but the case didn't make it. Anyway, this case is well made and is a great value.

I bought this to use to carry my cell phone around in. I love the neoprene, and the case seems to be of high quality. The zipper on the front works well to stash some extra cash in. I wish that the wrist carry strap was more substantial. It could use a nicer clip and better quality material strap. I would expect that this would work great for your camera as well. However, I bought it to use with my cell phone.

I liked the look of this little case from the start. My Fujifilm F550EXR camera fits snug in there, and I feel perfectly safe knowing it's strapped into memory foam cushion surrounded by a hard shell exterior. There is a little pocket inside for SD cards or extra batteries (needed with this camera and all its battery life-sucking features). I wish the pocket could be closed, because sometimes when I open the case, if you don't hold it right the objects can come spilling out of it. A velcro closure would have been a nice addition. Also, the memory foam seems a bit harder than I thought it would be, but still it is a good thing. The camera is not in any danger with this case, and the case itself looks sharp. Zipper and materials are very good quality. This case is a steal at $11.

In short, it is as good as it looks in the description and photos. On Amazon I always wonder if I will get something less than what I think it will be from the descriptions. This was just what I hoped for. The fabric/material is good quality, looks good, and it is quite firm, but not rock hard. It has fuzzy fabric inside. It looks like the type of quality you would expect from a case bought from the camera manufacturer. It had just enough room for me to squeeze in both the Sony camera and USB charge cord. I didn't try with the Panasonic.

This is a seriously big box. It stores lots of things and has a ver strong wheel set for rolling it with you. The problem that I have with it is that the handle for forking the box is affixed to the bottom of the case and provides and unsteady surface.

The case pictured on listings for the PSC-5200 looks just like the overseas Japan/UK/Australia case available for the G10 -the SC-DC60A.

This is NOT that case. I uploaded a gallery of images of the actual case I received. Please check out my photos before you decide whether or not to buy. It is perfectly functional, but is clearly a simpler, more cheaply made case than the SC-DC60A. It is made in China.

Goods arrived in good working order. Everything was branded as "Canon" and appears to be of good quality, workmanship, and materials. It was of course designed for a G10 and the G11's dimensions are ever so slightly different, but nonetheless it pretty much fit like a glove. In order to accomodate the G11's flip-out screen, I took a pair of tin-snips to the left hand side and trimmed some material out of the way to allow for the screen to flip-out easily. A little touch of sharpie black marker to the edge helped my handiwork to blend in somewhat better.

The other reviewer is correct, in that the stitching is somewhat different on the case you will receive there are two diagonal stitches at the top front that are not shown in the amazon photo. Otherwise, I can find no difference. What is important, I think, is that this case is far nicer than the other leather canon case made for the G-series, which is clunky and ill-fitting. This one fits nicely, screwing into place with the tripod fastener. It is also much easier to use in that the top of the case is both openable and removable. I think the quality is quite good and for a genuine leather case, the price is a miracle.
