Review of Timbuk2 Snoop Camera Insert

Timbuk2 Snoop Camera Insert
Customer Ratings: 5 stars

I use my Snoop X-small camera insert primarily to transport my 5D Mark II, Canon TS-E 17mm f/4L, and Canon TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II for landscape photos. I can get all three in the Snoop, along my remote shutter. Because the lenses are fairly large pro lenses, I cannot transport them with a lens attached to the 5D Mark II. That said, it is a perfect size if you want to transport two mid-sized pro-level lenses and a semi-pro level camera. I have also transported the 5D Mark II attached to the 70-200 f/2.8L II and 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L, with their respective hoods, and the camera and one lens will fill the Snoop XS (it is tight, but it fits).

The Snoop XS fits into my standard sized messenger bag, along with my Gitzo GT1542T tripod (with the legs flipped up) and Markins Q3T head, with the head removed. I can also fit all of this in my North Face and Jansport backpacks.

The quality is top notch. The padding is good. The lid is not padded, but it fine. It has two interior padded dividers, which enables me to transport my camera and two mid-sized pro lenses. The zipper is medium duty. The strap on the top back of the Snoop is very useful.

All-in-all, a well designed, high-quality bag. Very highly recommended!

I'm a female professional photographer who has been on a long search for the right DSLR bag. I find that most of the camera bags out there are black and masculine and they are bulky. If I want to carry both my camera and a secondary lens, flash, etc then I have to take a full camera bag out and about, which is not fun or fashionable if I'm doing anything else besides shooting. The few female sized bags I find to be expensive and not of great quality, nor the style I tend to lean to. I'm a little bit bohemian and small framed, so I wanted to carry a bag that fit my personality and my body. With this insert, I can turn any bag into my DSLR bag. Right now, it's in a large turquoise Big Buddha Bag no one can see my precious camera and lens kit. My Nikon and zoom lens/flash/accessories fit very comfortable into the XS insert. Plenty of room. Awesome way to turn any bag into a photography carrying case.

The only thing I would change, a memory card holder sewn into the lid and an outside separate zippered pocket would have been great for cords/cards/etc so they are not swimming in the insert bag.

First of all I need to brag on Amazon. I ordered this item Monday and received it Tuesday! That is amazing.

Now the Timbuk2 Snoop Insert in Small... it's fantastic. I purchased this insert to go with my Timbuk2 Commute 2.0 Small bag. The insert fits with perfection, like the two were designed together. The insert is marketed for the TB2 Classic Messenger but is just right in the Commute 2.0. I use my Commute 2.0 bag when I travel for business (I travel very often) but never wanted to place my Canon G12 or other fragile items in the main compartment since it has almost no padding. With the Snoop Insert I have solved the problem completely. The Snoop Insert is padded on every surface, especially the bottom which is where I needed it the most. The interior is super plush and wonderfully soft on my camera and other toys. The Insert top zips closed, another incredible feature that keeps my stuff inside the bag when sliding it under my seat on a flight. No more chargers or USB cables trying to escape! You can also leave the top unzipped and fold back between the Insert and the bag interior, it folds away completely as if it were never there. This is great when you are wearing the bag and need to access items packed inside, no fumbling with zippers. Same with the handle on the insert... there when you needed, out of your way when you do not. The Small sized Insert has four removable and adjustable dividers. I am about to travel again and the insert currently holds the following with ease: Canon G12, Black Rapid RS5 camera strap, travel sized power strip, Think Tank Photo Cable Mgt 10 bag with all of my cables, chargers and accessories, full size Bose headphones, reporter writing tablet, hand towel, micro-fiber cloth, Jawbone Jambox, Griffin lucite iPad stand and a small LED flashlight. I could fit a few more small items if I needed to, there is more room. Before I packed I tried out a different combination that included a Canon 7D, two lenses and a 580EXII flash. No problem, easy fit and everything protected. I ordered the Small Insert because the dimensions were closest to my Small Commute 2.0. I was worried that the size small Insert would not hold a lot... I am happy to report that I have plenty of room. Now, for the purpose of contrast... if your travels require a full-on photography kit this is not your combination. For a small photo kit or a business traveler that wants to bring some high quality, basic photo items this insert in your TB2 bag is golden. If you are not familiar with Timbuk2 you have no idea what you are missing. TB2 bags are extremely well built, customizeable very thoughtfully designed with pockets everywhere.

My purchase of the Timbuk2 Snoop Inserrt in Small was a great one, nice when that happens.

Honest reviews on Timbuk2 Snoop Camera Insert

a great option if you want to be able to carry your camera around safely without carrying around a conspicuous conventional camera bag.

I got this for my Timbuk2 Command (2011 version). Even though description says this is designed for the Classic Messenger, Timbuk2 reps told me it's intended to work with most of the Timbuk2 messenger bags. For the medium-size Command, the small fits perfectly and snugly.

The shipping was very fast I chose standard shipping and I live in the Los Angeles area. The bag is made with high quality material. The price is definitely worth this purchase. The colors are great. The bag is sturdy outside and flexible on the inside I am able to fit my canon rebel t3i with a lens and an extra 300mm lens. I absolutely love this purchase you can also change the compartments to fit whatever you'd like to place in the bag. Its also very handy when it comes to traveling you can slip it in a backpack or a messenger bag and not make it obvious that you're carrying such an expensive camera. Love it!! I recommend it for anyone who wants to protect their camera in a stylish and inexpensive way.

It's fine if you are ok with somewhat fumbling to get the camera in and out. Just realize that by having the large front flap fold all the way down like it does, it makes for some serious fumbling to get the camera out. And when it comes out, the big flap gets in the way so you kind of have to do a combination of shaking the camera out and pulling it while keeping the flap out of the way.

They need to make a case of this exact size that opens on the side so you can just slide the camera out sideways. I regret buying this case for these reasons.

As designed. the magnetic flap works great and it fit my Sony CyberShot DSC-WX9 wonderfully. The inside liner is starting to crack a little where the flap hinges, but I have been using it daily for over a year. It still looks great on the outside.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program The Lowepro Compact ILC Courier 70 is a basic shoulder/belt bag designed for smaller interchangeable lens cameras (ILCs) such as the Olympus micro 4/3 "Pen" cameras (E-PL1, E-PL2, E-PL3, etc.) or the Sony NEX cameras. The primary benefits of this case are that it's small, lightweight and has a few extra accessory pockets (including a detachable lens pouch) for these smaller cameras.

It turns out I'm an ideal person to review this bag because I own both an Olympus E-PL1 and a Sony NEX-3 with multiple lenses for both cameras. The case works fine with my E-PL1 with 14-42mm kit lens stored in the main camera compartment and the Olympus 17mm f/2.8 "pancake" lens stored in the detachable lens pouch.

Unfortunately, the fit for the NEX was less than ideal. The paper tag on the Lowepro Courier 70 specifically says, "Fits Sony NEX camera with 18-55mm lens attached; pancake/16mm lens in the lens pouch." However, it's VERY difficult to get the Sony 16mm pancake lens (with front and rear protective caps) into and out of the lens pouch. The lens pouch is slightly too small for the 16mm lens so you either have to "force" the lens into the pouch and then struggle to pull it out when you need it, or you have to leave either the front or rear protective cap off of the lens so that it will easily slide into and out of the pouch.

Whoever was responsible for designing the lens pouch to work with the 16mm lens at Lowepro FAILED at his or her job.

Another minor thing related to the lens pouch that I dislike about this case is that although it was designed to work as a belt pack there is NO WAY to connect the lens pouch to the main bag if you remove the shoulder strap. Obviously, if you're going to use the camera on your belt then you don't want the shoulder strap attached ... but then you can't use the lens pouch.

My only other complaint is that the zipper pulls are too thin/small. Lowepro used thin rope/string as the zipper pulls on this bag and it's hard to grab them quickly. It would have been much better if they used standard metal zipper pulls or larger paracord zipper pulls.

Overall, if you want a very basic and very compact bag for your Olympus Pen camera or Sony NEX camera then this will do the job, but there are many better camera bags out there if you're willing to use a slightly larger bag.

I have been looking for a good case for my Sony NEX-6 and have found that the ones recommended are either too large or too small. What I look for in a case is a good fit, protection, a belt loop so it doesn't swing around and is always where I expect it to be, right at my waist.

I bought the NEX-6 because it has an excellent viewfinder, reasonably good image quality due to the relatively large sensor which also gives it amazing low light capabilities all in a very compact and convenient package. I therefore wanted a case that didn't add to the bulk of the camera which would defeat some of it's advantages. The Courier 70 is just large enough so that the NEX-6 fits both sideways (vertically) or face down. The case has both a zippered opening which I don't routinely use and a flap closure which goes over the zippered portion and attaches to the front of the case using a velcro closure. I like to be able to get my camera in and out of the bag quickly so I don't miss a shot and that is why I usually use the top flap and not the zippered portion below it. The case also has room for an extra battery and a compartment for the lens cap. It isn't the most heavily padded case but you will find that it is sturdy and padded sufficiently to protect your camera.

Now, for those of you who own the Sony NEX-6 and also bought the optional long zoom lens, the Sony E 55-210mm F4.5-6.3 Lens for Sony NEX Cameras, the Courier 70 will accommodate the NEX-6 with the 55-210 lens on the camera however, you can not zip it shut but you can close it using the flap which goes over the zipped portion of the case and yes, it can still reach the velcro closure making it secure. You can of course zip it shut with the standard pancake 16-50mm lens without any difficulty.

For those of you who do own the longer 55-210 optional lens and were wondering what case you could use to carry it with you, Lowepro does make a smaller pouch case that it will fit in perfectly, (as will the NEX-6 vertically) the Lowepro Rezo 60 Camera Case (Black) which also has a belt loop and will fit nicely beside the Courier 70. The lens fits perfectly in the Rezo 60 with the lens shade reversed over the lens and the case has enough padding to protect the lens. Buy them both and you'll be covered. For those times that you only wish to use the pancake lens, the NEX-6 does fit in the Rezo 60 which makes for a very compact package.

Hoped this helped my fellow NEX-6 owners.

Best Deals for Lowepro Compact ILC Courier 70 Digital Micro Four-Thirds Camera

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program The Lowepro Compact ILC Courier 70 Digital Micro Four-Thirds Camera Case is a good small camera bag for products such as the Sony NEX series, Olympus PEN Series, Panasonic Lumix GF series, Samsung NX 100.

Pros:

Well padded interior

Accessory pocket for SD / CF cards or other small items

Includes small lens pouch that attaches to the camera bag strap.

Cons:

May not be fully weather resistant. The main compartment zipper is partially exposed, even when the cover flap is closed, so water could get into the bag if you are caught out in the rain.

As a side note, I got this bag hoping to use it with a small Canon DSLR but the bag is far too small to serve that purpose. Make sure to check your camera size against the dimensions of this bag (interior size: 5.1 x 2.8 x 5.3 in. or 13 x 7 x 11.5 cm) before purchasing.

Honest reviews on Lowepro Compact ILC Courier 70 Digital Micro Four-Thirds Camera

I'll start with the bad part, perhaps saving you from having to read more than is necessary and also from buying a case you can't use...

Despite all the great features described below, I've found after several trips "in the field" that it is useless. The problem is the opening. It is too narrow to get a grip on my Fujifilm X-A1 (very nice camera, btw) and to remove it without a struggle against it catching on one side or the other. This would still be a nice and secure way to transport a small camera. However, if your goal is as mine was, to have a case that provided quick and convenient access, then you should look elsewhere.

Now, for the rest...

The fit is good, tending toward snug. That's OK for me. A nice thing is I can make the case roomier by taking out the padded insert. That leaves me with a much roomier nylon bag if I want to have that as an option. It also means I can use the padded insert by itself if I want to carry my camera in a briefcase, backpack, messenger bag, etc without having to take the whole camera case.

This bag has four compartments:

The big space where I put my camera.

The SD card holder.

A large pouch that makes up the entire back of the bag. It's where the microfiber cloth is stored and is large enough to hold a spare battery, a lens pen, and a fair amount of additional stuff.

The add-on pouch that's designed for a small lens and can also be used for filters.

The shoulder strap is a basic nylon web strap whose best feature is that it's removable. What I found works perfectly with this case is a NITE IZE S Biner Ahhh clip. It's just the right size to fit on the case's wide belt loop. The other end goes to my pants belt loop of attaches to my backpack or messenger bag. (And, in a pinch I can use it to open a bottle of... beverage.)

When I use the case without the shoulder strap (which is always) the two end flaps (where the strap attached) tuck under the flap making for a compact package.

BTW, I feel that honest, effective reviews take the place of first-hand experiences that are lacking in online shopping. I've always appreciated the help I've gotten from other reviewers and continue to return the favor as best as I can.

This bag works extremely well for carrying around Micro 4/3rd systems. In particular, my Olympus EPL2 with kit zoom fit in the main pocket very well, and my 17mm prime lens fit into the lens pouch. Note that you can't do it the other way around (the zoom doesn't fit into the lens pouch).

I really like the minimalist, extremely lightweight nature of the bag, which fits very well with the general idea of M4/3rds cameras. My criticism mainly involves the lens pouch, as it's not large enough to fit most kit zooms and seems like an afterthought more than anything, with zero padding and a flimsy velcro attachment.

My other criticism of this bag is that unlike other Lowepros, the zipper design for the main pouch makes it extremely difficult to take your camera out with any amount of speed and finesse (which eliminates the possibility of quick point and shoot situations and also the ability to shoot the camera without fiddling with a strap and leaving it in the bag most of the time).

Great looking and made well. I would have given 5 stars except very tight fit if you have any kind of landing gear protection on as it will sit very high and the propellors hit the top of case when zippered closed. But it still works. Would be nice if it was able to handle the indoor hull as well since I am a newbee still flying outdoors with indoor hull for crash protection. I windup carrying a lot of equipment to the park. Drone case, Tx case, repair case and of course the indoor hull which is cumbersome. With all that said I would definitely recommend it.

Not really happy with this case at all. It seems to be too small for the camera. I was hoping to keep the instruction paper in the case with it but they hardly fit. I will probably find another case somewhere else. The hard sides are the reason the camera or papers don't fit, there's no wiggle room.

I came back from my two-week trip which covers desert (over 100F), dusty canyon, river crossing (water level at my waist), hiking, rock climbing, low temperature (below 20F) etc.

Here are the gears I carried:

[Body: Situation #1]

Canon 5D Mark II with 70-200 F/4 IS attached

Canon 17-40mm F/4

Three boxes of filters

An air blower

[Body: Situation #2]

Canon 5D Mark II with 17-40mm attached

Canon 70-200mm F/4 IS

Three boxes of filters

An air blower

A bottle of water

[Body: Situation #3]

Canon 5D Mark II with 70-200mm F/4 IS attached

Canon Rebel XT with 28-135mm attached

Canon 17-40mm F/4

Three boxes of filters

An air blower

[Side pockets]

Small items such as key, wallet, phone, pocket size camera, remote etc.

[Outside]

Two hiking poles

Tripod

------------------------------------

[Comfort]

This backpack is better than the padded backpack used by college students (for carrying heavy textbooks to school). It is far from any standard hiking backpack like JanSport. After I hiked for 4 hours, I started feeling uncomfortable with it because it does not have enough padding on the straps.

Some backpacks put additional room in between your back and the backpack to allow more air flow from the side. This feature is especially useful when the temperature is high. Unfortunately, the air flow in this backpack is very minimal.

[Padding/Protection]

The padding is thick enough to protect my camera gears. However, I haven't tried to drop it, so I don't know what level of protection it will give.

[Tripod]

I have a standard aluminum (light weight) 58" tripod and it is very hard to secure it on the backpack. Since there is no way to secure the tripod, it just keeps falling down. See the pictures I uploaded for details.

[Access]

Comparing to the sling bag (one strap), it is not easy (and fast) to access the gears. However, you don't want to carry a sling bag for a long hike. In my situation, I carry my camera (rather than putting inside the bag) during the hike because I won't miss any special moment.

You will need to put on the "waist belt" in order to access your camera (for the rotations). The belt is just a nylon belt and it may scratch your waist. It is less comfortable comparing to other backpack with gel pad on the belt.

[Durable]

The material is okay comparing to other hiking backpack. The material in the front is a bit fragile. So don't put the backpack directly on the ground/rock. It can get scratched easily.

[Sealing]

This backpack is protected from light rain (without using the rain cover) and dust proof (main body only, as there is a big hole in the side pocket for water host).

[Rain Cover]

While I was hiking in the wood, I hit a rain shower. The rain cover worked very well. Keep in mind that the rain cover only works for medium rain only. While I crossed the river (the water level was at my waist, just a little bit below the backpack), I put my bag inside a dry bag for complete protection.

[Look]

Unlike other camera backpack, this backpack looks more like a regular backpack than a camera backpack, which is good. It gets less attention (crime) than the other popular camera backpacks such as Canon.

[Why this bag earns 5 stars?]

First, this bag does it jobs well, i.e., I can fit most of the essential camera gears and I can carry them to the destination without too much pain. Although the bag is less comfortable than other hiking bags, I think it is okay given that it is designed for carrying camera equipments. Second, it is very roomy and I can customize the pad locations for my own purposes. Although this bag is not perfect, I would say this bag is one of the best you can get with this price in the market today.

[Suggestions]

Solve the tripod problem.

More padding on the straps (ideally, use gel pad)

Make the waist belt more comfortable

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

I carried this pack on a recent hike up Half Dome and came away very impressed with both the storage capacity and comfort of the pack. I've owned many photo bags over the years, and this one holds its own with the best of them. I will say the flipside functionality seemed a bit gimmicky when this pack is loaded up. Flipping it around your waist to access your gear causes the pack to invert itself, so you really need to stabilize the pack from a bent knee position to avoid spilling your gear everywhere. Maybe I didn't play around with this enough, but I think it's an area that could be improved in future versions by somehow stabilizing the waist strap.

A list of my equipment carried in/on the pack:

Internal:

Canon 600D DSLR with battery grip

Tokina Pro 12-24mm lens

Sigma 70-300 macro lens

Olympus E-PL1 M43 body

M Zuiko 14-42mm lens

Summilux Leica 25mm 1.4 lens

Sony compact tripod (the tripod storage will hold a full size tripod)

77mm ND filter

77mm circular polarizer

58mm circular polarizer

46 to 58mm step up ring

Pelican SD card holder

2 extra Olympus batteries

Intervalometer

Microfiber cloth

2L Camelbak

5 or 6 energy bars

2 almond butter packs

2 beef jerky packs (1oz)

External

1L water bottle with caribiner

backup hiking boots(tied to side of pack)

Hand towel (secured by the trekking poles loop)

I questioned my sanity lugging all this gear up Half Dome, and was skeptical of the straps -they seemed a bit on the stiff/potentially uncomfortable side for a long hike. But I was pleasantly surprised at how stable and comfortable the pack was throughout the hike/climb. This pack will likely not work for more technical climbs as the waist strap is not padded. It wasn't too uncomfortable, but I alternated throughout the hike wearing the waist strap and not. We also encountered a sudden thunderstorm on a later hike that week, so the built in rain cover proved essential.

This is light well made bag with some nice features. I really like you can easily attach a full size tripod to the bag. Water blatter holder, great for the kids. Rain cover that pops out of the bottom have saved my d-800 several times. All in all looking for a light bag with big bag feature it is a must have.

Honest reviews on Lowepro LP36424-PWW Flipside Sport 15L AW (Lowepro Orange/Light

I bought this bag for an overseas trip where I will be hiking a bit while taking landscape and other photos with my D800. The lenses and accessories I want to bring fit snugly in this bag and it is comfortable. The waist-band flip-down opening method is really clever and I feel like I can change lenses while standing with no worries of dropping anything. I had been looking for a smallish travel bag for a while and I think my search has ended here. This is a quality bag made of durable high tech materials and it seems to be very protective.

Here's what I fit into the bag:

D800 with 28-300mm attached, hood reversed

14-24mm in a domke wrap

Mini tripod

Battery charger

2 extra batteries

77mm polarizer

Lens cleaning kit

Memory cards;

Body cap

Rear lens cap

FWIW, in this size range I also tried the lowepro flipside sport 10L, but it was noticeably too small and only the body and 28-300 with a few accessories would fit. Additionally, I looked at a crumpler enthusiast. It is nicely padded, and definitely a quality bag, but just wasn't my style with the single sling strap and side access zippers.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Lowepro LP36424-PWW Flipside Sport 15L AW (Lowepro Orange/Light

This is the 1st real camera bag I have bought. Choosing one was the most difficult buying choice I ever made. Finally, decided to go with the Flipside. I knew I wanted a backpack because I walk, bike and hike a lot with my gear. I think I made the correct choice for me. It is light and holds my Canon D5 with 16-35mm, 70-300, 24-70, 50mm, Satechi wireless remote a few filters, card reader, memory card holder, rocket blower, and some other items.

Compared to digging in the day pack I used to use, my life is simple. Everything is in its place and I can reach it in seconds. The flipside actually does work if you want to slide the shoulder straps down, and swing the bag around to access your gear without taking the bag off. It is fairly water resistant and the built in rain cover can be installed in seconds to protect the bag from the rain or snow. It appears to be quality made and built to last. It has a great way to store a tripod on the side, and because it is on the side you can get to your gear without having to remove the tripod. That is also a nice useful feature.

What it doesn't have is a lot of pockets or a place to stick a notebook. I ended up deciding that is a good thing because I pack only camera gear in this bag, and will just have to put the other stuff in another bag, so when I grab this bag it has the gear I need to shoot and don't have to remove anything. Might have given it 5 stars but I haven't had it that long and don't have experience with other bags to compare it with.

I took the camera bag to Aruba. It was absolutely perfect. It not only held my Nikon camera but also served as a mini purse. I love my new camera bag!

I returned it. Not much of a "disguise". It looks like a bag for something expensive, camera or whatever, and I live and shoot in Mexico. I ended up with a Domke F-5XZ with the waxed canvas which looks used when new. Otherwise it is built well and looks good, too good for my purposes.

There are eleventy-eighteen thousand camera bags in the world, and only a handful are any good for larger DSLRs at a reasonable price. I just don't see spending over a hundred dollars on a bag, and the elite "professional" bags cost up to $300+. Think Tank's Retrospective bags are wonderful camera bags-rugged, easy to carry, and they don't look like camera bags. They're also heavy and expensive. Their Sub Urban line is perfect: lightweight, roomy, and they don't look like camera bags. And they're reasonably-priced. The Sub Urban 20 is perfect for carrying a Canon 7D with a 24-105mm lens attached (lens hood reversed), two extra medium zooms (like the 70-300mm), or four smaller primes, and the usual miscellaneous extra batteries, memory cards, notepad and pen, and whatnot. It has two stretchy outside pockets for water bottles or whatever, and a grab handle. It is a rigid bag that stands up, and has plenty of padding and protection. The shoulder strap is long enough to wear it across my chest, though it may be a bit short for tall people.

Buying a camera bag online is arithmetic-don't trust photos, but measure what you want to carry, then shop by inside dimensions. This bag is plenty wide enough for the 7D body and lenses with lens hoods, but it's a tad short for longer zooms like the 70-200mm f/2.8 or 100-400mm. The Sub Urban 30 is perfect for those.

It didn't get five stars because the zipper is stiff, and the outer flap has a Velcro closure instead of a snap buckle. So close to perfection :)

This case gives you the ultimate in peace-of-mind when traveling: you know your stuff is taken care of. Built better than a Timex watch (it takes a lickin'...) If you have to check your equipment as baggage (I use mine for photography lenses and cameras and acessories), I don't think you will find anything that protects your stuff better than this. I have found no flaws with this case in over a year of use. The foam is spectacular 1 cm square pieces of foam, that you "pluck" to creata custom fit for whatever you have inside. No banging around, just a good, snug fit. And if you screw it up, simply spray aerosol adhesive where required, and "rebuild" the foam (so don't throw the plucked pieces away!) This is very useful if your equipment size changes, or has to be reconfigured. This case will also fit as a carry-on, another plus.

Good stuff. Two thumbs up and a third one if I had it.

This case was perfect for my project. I am a HAM radio operator and I used this case to hold my "go-kit" radio. It worked perfectly and was the perfect size. I have used this "go-kit" in one practice emergency event and it was easy to carry and set up. Other HAM's in our group were very impressed with the finished project.

Best Deals for Pelican 1520 Case with Foam for Camera (Yellow)

I recently bought a 1520 Pelican case with a foam block for my photographic equipment: Nikon D50, D90, SB400 flash, SB 600, and two Nikon compact cameras. The result was great and the Pelican box size appropriate to my needs. I'm thinking of buying another smaller box for my two Garmin GPS.

Now my electronic equipment is safe, dry and comfortable ;)

I recommend it.

Honest reviews on Pelican 1520 Case with Foam for Camera (Yellow)

It arrived quickly and in good condition being double packed. It is typical Pelican quality (excellent) and should last a very long time. I got it to replace an Underwater Kinetics case that experienced a broken latch. Only problem with the Pelican is it's a little taller than the Pelican and won't fit on the shelf where I kept the other case. No problem, however, I just moved it to another shelf.
